Decision on Students’ with Hearing Impairment Being Exempt From Foreign Language Course

In line with the related letter of Council of Higher Education dated 03.01.2022 and numbered E488772; it is decided that students with hearing impairment who were exempt from foreign language course in primary and secondary education and enrolled in a higher education program whose language of instruction is Turkish  will be given a course in equivalent credits which is determined by the related councils of the universities instead of foreign language course, upon their request
